This high-impact role is crucial for communicating the value of the company's advertising products, from live data to real-time activation, and will work closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Revenue teams. The ideal candidate is a B2B product marketer skilled at translating complex technology into clear positioning, compelling sales narratives, and effective go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for Advertising & Engagement products, translating technical capabilities into customer-centric value propositions.
  • Build messaging frameworks to ensure consistent communication of product value across teams.
  • Sharpen the company's advertising narrative around real-time activation, official data, fan identity, and AI-powered decisioning.
  • Own and support go-to-market plans for product launches, releases, and strategic packages.
  • Define target audiences, customer pain points, launch objectives, timelines, KPIs, sales motions, collateral needs, and campaign requirements.
  • Sequence launches and campaigns against the global sports calendar and major market moments.
  • Create foundational sales enablement materials to support Commercial teams.
  • Build sales decks, one-pagers, battlecards, product narratives, FAQs, internal briefings, and training materials.
  • Run product training and enablement sessions for Commercial teams.
  • Partner with Commercial stakeholders to identify and overcome barriers to adoption.
  • Build a strong understanding of advertisers, agencies, broadcasters, programmatic platforms, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct and synthesize customer interviews, sales feedback, surveys, and market research.
  • Act as a customer and market voice within the Marketing team.
  • Improve internal and external communication of new products, features, and releases.
  • Support stronger customer education and product utilization through clearer communications and adoption-focused messaging.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Advertising & Engagement portfolio, its value, sales process, and competitive positioning.
  • Build strong relationships across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Revenue, Data, and Partnerships teams.
  • Contribute to the product development process by shaping target audiences, value propositions, packaging, naming, messaging, and launch readiness.
  • Help build a repository of case studies, customer proof points, product performance stories, and launch reports.
  • Identify customer success stories and develop them into collateral, campaign content, and thought leadership.
  • Support post-launch and post-event reporting to demonstrate product impact, adoption, and commercial value.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years' experience in B2B product marketing, product-led marketing, commercial marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience working in adtech, martech, programmatic advertising, media, fan engagement, or sports technology.
  • A strong storyteller who can simplify complex products and turn technical detail into clear, commercially compelling messaging.
  • Experience developing product positioning, value propositions, launch plans, sales collateral, and enablement materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to internal teams and act as a product evangelist.
  • Commercially minded, with an understanding of how marketing supports revenue, product adoption, and customer growth.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
