  • Support specialist OEM contractors with planned maintenance, reactive tasks and emergency call-outs.
  • Provide accurate data for daily shift handover logs, reports, incident management and recovery exercises.
  • Act as, or support, an Authorised Person for LV electrical and/or mechanical systems, working within Safe Systems of Work to support 24/7 operations.
  • Champion health and safety, ensuring work is delivered in line with agreed methods, risk assessments, service levels and customer service standards.
  • Contribute to the Bank’s collaborative, continuous improvement culture by sharing ideas, innovation and practical improvements.
  • Participate in the weekly on-call technical support rota to support incident response, if required.

Requirements

  • City & Guilds Level 3, or equivalent transferable qualification, in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • IOSH Operating Safely qualification.
  • Experience using IWMS planned and reactive maintenance tools, including handheld HMI devices.
  • Experience operating and maintaining HVAC, BMS, electrical, public health and life safety systems.
  • Demonstrable Authorised Person experience in HV or LV system operation, with experience working within defined Safe Systems of Work.
  • Knowledge of statutory and compliance obligations relevant to engineering systems.
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Operating Procedures, and read complex mechanical, electrical, control and public health drawings.
  • Proven understanding of building services and maintenance risk management.
  • Experience producing clear reports and tailored communications.
  • Track record of applying procedures to support decisions and improvements.
