About the Role
The Custom Research team partners with global pharmaceutical and biotech clients to solve marketing, brand, advertising, and communications problems using innovative qualitative and quantitative market research techniques. You will manage projects, serve as a client contact, prepare client presentations, support staff training, write proposals, and implement projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage 4 to 5 projects at a time to meet objectives
- Serve as an important point of contact for clients
- Prepare and present the majority of client presentations
- Support senior management in training and management of junior staff
- Help write proposals brought in by directors
- Implement and run projects on a daily basis
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in market research with healthcare experience
- Appreciation of marketing / client-side issues
- Passionate about working with emerging technologies (including AI) to deliver insights for clients
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ attitude and approach
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strengths in organisation and prioritisation
- Collaborative team player who works well with colleagues
- Communicate ideas and issues in an effective, straightforward fashion
