About the Role

Momar, Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and execute marketing programs and communications that build brand awareness, generate leads, and support the sales organization. This role combines brand and creative development, digital marketing, content, and communications, requiring a versatile marketer who can strategize and execute, translate technical information into compelling messages, and collaborate with various leaders.

Responsibilities

Maintain and strengthen Momar's corporate brand identity and voice, ensuring consistent application across all divisions, products, and customer touchpoints.
Develop sales enablement and marketing collateral in collaboration with sales and product line management.
Assess, develop, and own internal communications strategy and implementation, including company announcements, newsletters, and ad hoc communications.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, tracking and reporting on performance metrics.
Manage Momar's website content, SEO, and performance with internal and external partners, ensuring content alignment across channels.
Plan and execute promotions with the sales team, setting objectives and reporting results.
Manage the Momar promo shop, working with the vendor and providing usage and efficacy reports.
Support the CMO in developing the annual marketing plan and budget, managing assigned projects and spend within budget.
Track marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports for marketing and sales leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical content into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., website CMS, email marketing, marketing automation/CRM, social media, and analytics tools).
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Ability to travel occasionally for company events and field visits.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. unassisted.
Frequently required to sit, use hands and fingers to handle/feel items, reach with hands and arms, stoop, bend, and talk or hear.
