About the Role
This role leads Cleaning Leads and Supervisors across an assigned portfolio, owning quality, labor cost, vendor relationships, and client communication. The focus is on proactively identifying and resolving issues to prevent client complaints and ensure standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Monitor job site productivity across assigned accounts, ensuring scope, service standards, and labor cost remain on track.
- Manage supply par levels, ordering necessary items within policy.
- Support inventory counts for equipment and supplies.
- Identify cost savings opportunities without compromising quality.
- Manage supplies and operational costs according to budget.
- Conduct regular job site visits and inspections to assess account status.
- Manage vendors and preferred partners, holding them to high standards.
- Address service issues directly with account stakeholders for rapid resolution.
- Proactively identify potential problems before they escalate into client complaints.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documents, forms, schedules, and memos.
- Ensure team members are in uniform and presentable for every shift.
- Complete a Workplace Inspection Checklist for each account monthly.
- Manage employee performance to maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Conduct site-specific training, including WHMIS, AODA, and Health and Safety.
- Coach and mentor site staff regularly.

- Prior experience leading teams and managing service delivery in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
