About the Role

Kensington is seeking a talented Videographer/Editor to visually narrate our brand and the luxury travel experience. Reporting to the Senior Content Manager, you will produce high-impact video content from concept to completion, collaborating with the Marketing team to capture Kensington's unique appeal and explore new storytelling formats.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-impact video and visual content for Kensington, focusing on video alongside photography, social content, and webinars.
  • Plan and execute video and photography shoots from pre-production through final delivery, including storyboarding and shot lists.
  • Edit and finish video content, including sound design, audio mixing, color correction, and basic motion graphics.
  • Capture and shape authentic, people-led stories through interviews and testimonials.
  • Develop storyboards and shot lists for approvals.
  • Apply a strong design sensibility to video and still content.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Create content optimized for social and digital platforms, proposing new formats.
  • Support photography editing and digital retouching.
  • Coordinate production requirements, including budgets and resources.
  • Stay current on video, social media, and creative trends within the travel industry.
  • Ensure all creative work adheres to Kensington’s brand standards.
  • Incorporate creative feedback efficiently while maintaining high standards.
  • Manage multiple time-sensitive projects independently.
  • Travel internationally as required to capture content and support productions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional video experience, preferably in marketing, brand, or an agency setting.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding video work and visual storytelling.
  • Demonstrated experience developing video content from concept through final edit.
  • Strong shooting, editing, and post-production capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Strong post-production skills across sound design, audio mixing, color correction, and basic motion graphics.
  • Experience with digital imaging and photo retouching.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of social media video best practices and experience with short-form content.
  • Ability to capture authentic, engaging people-led content.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously on multiple projects.
  • A collaborative, adaptable approach with openness to feedback and learning.
  • A certificate or bachelor’s degree in Image Arts, Photography, Digital Production, or a related field.
  • A valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
