Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- A few years of RBT experience required.
- Strong experience working with children who exhibit challenging or difficult behaviors.
- Must be confident, firm, patient, and able to safely manage challenging behaviors.
- ABA therapy experience required.
- Must be able to remain calm and consistent during difficult situations.
- Patient, compassionate, energetic, and reliable.
- Must be committed to helping children learn, grow, and succeed.
