About the Role
We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Internal Service Sales Coordinator to join our Aftersales and Service team at our Minto branch. You'll provide sales and administrative support across our service operations, acting as the connective tissue between our Service, Sales, Finance, Purchasing and Warehouse teams, keeping customer orders moving accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal sales and service-sales administration, supporting the Sales and Service teams day to day
- Maintain accurate customer, sales and service information in Simpro and Salesforce
- Prepare and process order paperwork, invoicing and RMAs in line with company procedures
- Coordinate stock allocation, dispatch and customer delivery tracking
- Liaise directly with customers on orders, delivery status and enquiries
- Maintain Sales Order Progress reporting and capture supplier invoices accurately in Oracle
- Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Excellent administration and computer skills, confident using Excel, Word and Oracle
- Strong written and verbal communication with a genuine customer-service focus
- Highly organised, accurate, and comfortable managing multiple competing priorities
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
