About the Role
Soccer Stars is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated coach to lead our Saturday youth soccer program. This role offers an opportunity to mentor fellow coaches, oversee a large weekly program, and ensure a positive, high-quality soccer experience for every player.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Saturday programming
- Support and mentor coaches throughout the day
- Ensure coaches are prepared and delivering the weekly curriculum
- Maintain a positive, organized, and professional environment
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for coaches, families, and club board members
- Communicate with Soccer Stars leadership regarding staffing, coaching quality, and program operations
- Help maintain the high coaching standards Soccer Stars is known for
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of soccer coaching experience
- Strong knowledge of player development and age-appropriate coaching
- Positive leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable mentoring and providing feedback to coaches
- Organized, dependable, and professional
- Reliable transportation
- Available every Saturday during the Fall season
