About the Role

The Lyons National Bank has a Full-Time opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Perinton Park Branch. This role is responsible for supporting the customer service and sales function of a branch office by responding to inquiries and completing documentation for new accounts, loans, and deposits. The position also provides direct service to customers regarding deposit products, consumer loans, and services, or refers them for Insurance Investments and Non-Traditional Bank Products.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of duties to support the customer service and sales function of a branch office.
Respond to inquiries or requests for information.
Complete documentation and perform point-of-sale processing on all types of new accounts, including loans and deposits.
Provide direct service to customers regarding deposit products, consumer loans, and services.
Refer customers for Insurance Investments and Non-Traditional Bank Products.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of three (3) years related experience preferred.
