About the Role
Our successful Slot Supervisor promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the direct supervision, evaluation and training of VGM Floor Attendants.
- Responsible for resolution of guest complaints and disputes.
- Administration of all departmental rules, policies and regulations for VGM Floor Attendants.
- Recommends, documents and issues appropriate discipline for VGM Floor Attendants.
- Responsible for proper staffing levels.
- Responsible for establishing positive, fair and consistent treatment of all VGM Floor Attendants.
- Responsible for direct-line communication with VGM staff.
- Responsible for maintaining employee history sheets.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Able to work flexible schedule.
- Able to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Promotes outstanding guest service which includes a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Able to lift 30 lbs. frequently.
- Able to stand and walk 6-8 hours.
Skills
- Gaming operations experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
