About the Role
This engagement covers the production and delivery of event branding, décor, sponsorship activations, and exhibition booths across Worldwide Events Group's international events portfolio. The role is initially expected to require approximately 3 days per week for a 3-month contract, starting September 7, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, event stakeholders, and production partners to bring events to life on site.
- Manage creative and technical delivery of event branding, including vinyl graphics, decorative installations, wayfinding, and photo moments.
- Source suppliers, approve artwork, and schedule production for branding elements, ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines.
- Provide installation and setup guidance for successful on-site delivery.
- Manage design and artwork approval for exhibition booths and branded event spaces.
- Coordinate client-facing aspects through to final on-site delivery and quality review for exhibition booths.
- Develop concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials for sponsorship opportunities.
- Source suppliers and manage costs for sponsorship activation production.
- Deliver approved sponsorship activation assets and experiences on site.
- Attend live events on-site when required and agreed in advance.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering creative production projects within events, exhibitions, hospitality, or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of production materials, print processes, and event fabrication.
- Project management experience across multiple concurrent projects, from concept through to on-site delivery.
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills, including budget and quotation management.
- Experience using Figma or PowerPoint to develop presentations and visual concepts.
