About the Role

The Merch Coordinator, Company Owned & Franchise supports merchandising execution across company-owned and franchise markets. This role ensures accurate SKU setup, seasonal documentation, merchandising system maintenance, and operational support that enables successful assortment execution across global channels. We work across departments to support seasonal assortments, pricing, SKU setup, and product storytelling. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a passion for product are key to success in this highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of financial targets by maintaining accurate sales, pricing, inventory, and product data to enable business performance across Company Owned and Franchise markets.
  • Support category and market assortment execution through accurate SKU setup, product information management, and assortment data maintenance across Company Owned and Franchise merchandising systems.
  • Maintain pricing, promotional, markdown, cost, and product data updates to ensure operational accuracy across Company Owned and Franchise markets.
  • Support seasonal assortment execution, Go-to-Market (GTM) milestones, product launches, and merchandise list coordination across Company Owned and Franchise markets.
  • Assist with competitive research, product issue resolution, and operational analysis while escalating risks and opportunities as appropriate.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Order Management / Supply Chain, Logistics, Regional Teams, and Franchise partners to support product flow and business execution.
  • Maintain merchandising systems, documentation, trackers, assortment tools, and operational workflows while driving data integrity and process consistency across Franchise markets.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Previous merchandising, retail, or buying office experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
