About the Role

Camarco, the Capital Markets division of APCO, seeks a Project Consultant for its Financial Services communications team. This role offers interesting work and significant client exposure within a leading corporate and financial communications consultancy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of client accounts, demonstrating excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Deliver high-quality work accurately and to agreed deadlines.
  • Take a proactive approach, showing initiative and a willingness to support colleagues and clients.
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, journalists, analysts and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor business, financial and sector news, identifying developments relevant to clients.
  • Conduct research and contribute to client projects, presentations and new business proposals.
  • Develop expertise in industry tools and platforms, including media databases and financial information services.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of regulatory and corporate announcements, including via the Regulatory News Service (RNS).
  • Produce clear, concise and engaging written content for a range of audiences and channels.
  • Have the opportunity to progress quickly in a global company.

Requirements

  • A genuine interest in business, financial markets and current affairs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good numerical literacy and analytical thinking.
