About the Role

We are hiring a Retail Media Senior Account Executive to join Publicis Commerce at an exciting time of growth and innovation. This is an opportunity to work with some of the world's leading brands, helping them navigate the fast-evolving retail media landscape and deliver measurable business results. You'll be part of a collaborative team where curiosity, learning, and fresh thinking are encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise retail media campaigns across a range of leading commerce platforms.
  • Turn campaign performance data into actionable insights that drive growth and improve results.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and act as a key day-to-day point of contact.
  • Create clear and engaging reports, dashboards and presentations that bring performance stories to life.
  • Develop media plans, forecasts and recommendations that support client objectives.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
  • Partner with internal specialists and external media partners to identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail media, e-commerce, or performance marketing such as search, social or programmatic.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations.
  • Confidence presenting ideas and results to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of your work.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Curiosity about the evolving commerce landscape and a desire to continuously learn and develop.
