About the Role

Join Catholic Charities as a Per Diem Caregiver at Mary’s Haven, supporting residents and their families during significant life moments. This flexible position offers meaningful, hands-on work up to 19 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a plan of care for residents, and provide information and support for families in coordination with Hospice staff and volunteers.
• Decision making with guidance by Executive Director or Assistant Director(s).
• Act as a liaison to families and friends of residents.
• Help train program volunteers when necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience providing hospice-like care
• Flexible availability to meet per diem scheduling needs
