About the Role

As a Lead Product Analyst, your mission will be to deeply understand customer needs during registration and account access, partner with your cross-functional team to solve critical pain points, and drive strategy and growth through data-driven insights and recommendations. This role involves balancing friction to deflect bad actors while ensuring a good experience for legitimate users. You will also have the opportunity to work across horizontal teams and collaborate with domains like Onboarding, Fincrime, Finance, and Product verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions, supporting and improving onboarding and access for new and existing customers.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers throughout the product development lifecycle to build and iterate product changes based on insights.
  • Evaluate high-impact areas of opportunity, find ways to support and accelerate, or identify and advocate for better alternatives.
  • Build automated data pipelines and dashboards to minimize repetitive tasks and enable data self-serve.
  • Help the team understand their progress and communicate this outside the team by defining and reporting on KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven automation and insight generation.

Requirements

  • Strong quantitative skills with hands-on data manipulation and analysis.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with data pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau etc.) and Python/R.
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions, from improving onboarding flow to reducing friction and saving costs.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leverage AI tools and machine learning techniques to improve analytics outcomes and discover new, critical insights.
  • Knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem (Nice to have).
  • Knowledge of the Fraud and Authentication space (Nice to have).
