About the Role
As a Lead Product Analyst within the Send tribe, you will provide dedicated analytical capacity to drive critical workstreams, focusing on verification, predictability, and elevating the level of service. Your goal is to make the product more predictable and build customer trust for significant capital transfers.
Responsibilities
- Lead insight generation and impact tracking to improve transfer verification, clarifying documentation requirements and removing process friction.
- Analyze how to improve response times and service quality to ensure customers feel supported.
- Define strategy for scaling support operations and identify customer segments requiring specialized attention to prevent churn.
- Improve product reliability and service efficiency to influence customer retention and unlock growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills (SQL & Python).
- Experience conducting regular A/B tests and causal analyses to determine the impact of product changes on defined metrics.
- Experience partnering with Product Managers and other Analysts to set KPIs and monitor the impact of new product features on conversion, stickiness, and engagement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; collaborative, able to influence, and knows when to say yes or no to maximize impact.
- Bias to action: identify what needs to be done and make it happen.
- Ability to take an ambiguous, open-ended problem, structure it, and solve it.
- Experience delivering high-quality data and self-serve analytics using tools like Airflow, dbt, and Looker.
- Practical application of AI/machine learning techniques and experience building predictive models for deeper insights.
- Knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem.
