Responsibilities

• Ensure a good Guest experience by presenting drink menus, making recommendations, and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
• Take orders and promptly serve food and drink.
• Check in with Guests regarding their experience and up-sell whenever possible.
• Record drink or food orders accurately and immediately into the POS system.
• Accept and process Guest payments and make correct change.
• Efficiently maintain guest tables throughout the meal.
• Clear chopstick wrappers, dirty napkins, dirty glasses, dirty dishes, and dirty silverware as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours.
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds.

Experience Level

• 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred

Education Level

• High school education required
• Hospitality or other degrees are a plus

Salary/Compensations

• $19.61 Per Hour
