About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Developer to join our onshore MCCR Engineering team. This role requires a unique blend of design thinking and front-end development expertise to design user experiences, create intuitive interfaces, and develop responsive applications using React.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web applications
• Develop responsive, interactive UI components using React and modern web technologies
• Strong fundamentals in state management and performance optimization
• Component design systems: Building reusable and scalable UI libraries
• Storybook: Isolated component development and documentation
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and backend teams to translate requirements into functional designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Implement accessibility best practices including WCAG compliance
• Optimize UI performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Maintain design systems and component libraries
• Document design specifications and development standards

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design and front-end development
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design and UI development work
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user research, and design thinking
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Experience with version control (Git)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
