About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and shape smooth workflows according to daily business requirements.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of five employees, including support with recruitment, onboarding, and regular feedback.
- Coordinate the International Outbound Planning group regarding service and vacation planning.
- Responsibility for the personal and professional development of the group, including regular feedback.
- Prepare and conduct team meetings.
- Further develop and optimize processes in International Outbound Planning and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Develop and monitor relevant KPIs, including proactive initiation of countermeasures.
- Responsibility for achieving agreed-upon goals.
- Support training within the branch.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Kaufmann (m/f/d) for freight forwarding and logistics services or comparable training, plus relevant professional experience in dispatch and preferably team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding processes, KPIs, and quality management.
- Very good German language skills (min. C1) and preferably English (B2); other foreign languages are an advantage.
- Very good MS Office 365 skills.
- Hands-on mentality.
