About the Role
4C Strategies is seeking an Analyst or Junior Consultant to further develop its Operational Resilience practice. This role is ideal for an individual aiming to gain experience and enhance skills in Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and Enterprise Risk Management within a demanding consulting operations environment. 4C Strategies will provide in-house training and development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop Operational Resilience practice
- Gain experience in Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and Enterprise Risk Management
- Work in a demanding consulting operations role
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to solve issues
- Manage expectations through clear communication
- Plan, deliver, and review Business Continuity Management Plans and processes
- Adapt to working styles and preferences, and adopt the 4C Strategies’ culture
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn and be able to work in a team
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Strong relationship skills
- Basic understanding of Operational Resilience practices including Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and Enterprise Risk Management
- Willingness to thrive in a client-focused, output-driven environment
- IT literate with demonstrable experience of the application of relevant Microsoft applications
- Responsible and professional attitude, self-motivated and with a pro-active approach to work
