About the Role

This role involves collaborating with influential partners to build strategies for growth and innovation. We are seeking an experienced, self-starting account manager who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about sellers, people, and shaping the future of e-commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong seller relationships through a consultative approach.
  • Understand sellers' businesses, growth opportunities, marketing needs, and provide executive coaching.
  • Grow seller businesses with clear, data-driven recommendations aligned with company goals.
  • Manage a targeted book of business and develop short and long-term strategies for sustained success.
  • Drive in-quarter business growth and product adoption.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to share seller insights and learnings.
  • Advocate for sellers' needs, articulating business and revenue impact to unlock growth.
  • Perform project management on cross-functional initiatives and drive projects to successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or account management, specifically working with top business partners, streamers, and/or creators.
  • Fluent in German & English (written & spoken) with a deep understanding of the DACH Market.
  • Specific knowledge of Salesforce, AirTable, Sigma, and other account management tools.
  • Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to multitask and lead multiple projects in parallel.
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Must live within 80 km/50 miles of our Berlin/London hub.
