About the Role
Simmons Adaptive is seeking credit lawyers interested in supporting a core banking client. This is a full-time role expected to last 6 months.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 4+ years PQE
- Strong transactional credit or lending experience gained in private practice or in-house
- Experience advising on a broad range of credit and lending matters
- Experience in real estate finance, private banking, property backed lending, wealth management lending, Lombard lending or broader secured lending
- Comfortable managing matters with a degree of autonomy and limited supervision
- Problem solver with a collaborative approach
- Able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads
- Must hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
