About the Role

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where your flexibility and customer service skills make a real difference. You will assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots, providing professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on airport lots.
• Check vehicles.
• Enter information into a handheld device.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers.
• Assist customers at exit gates.
• Check in vehicles at return.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
• A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences
• Strong customer service skills, including professionalism, patience, and clear communication
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Regular, on-site presence required
• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
