Responsibilities

  • Perform helpdesk ticket work, PC builds and deployments, desktop troubleshooting, hardware and application installs, and printer maintenance.
  • Handle Intune and iOS configurations and provide remote user support.
  • Provide technical support for remotely connected users through VPN.
  • Track hardware/software assets and ensure adherence to IT asset management policies.
  • Build, test, and deploy workstations according to established policies and guidelines.
  • Document new problems and incidents using ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Monitor ServiceNow ticket queue, respond promptly to incidents and problems, and follow through to resolution.
  • Communicate issues requiring management attention and problems impacting multiple clients to supervision.
  • Provide technical support for branch offices via phone and online sessions.
  • Support End User Computing Move/Add/Changes in adherence with guidelines.
  • Follow up with the service team for root-cause analysis to improve service delivery.
  • Provide “white glove” services support for premier/executive level employees.
  • Perform User provisioning/de-provisioning for HW/SW in accordance with IT asset management procedures.
  • Provide MS Office 365 support services for end-user computing hardware and software.
  • Respond to incidents and requests submitted by end users via telephone, voicemail, email, or ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and track MS Office 365 user requests.
  • Collaborate with on-site staff to supplement the MS Office 365 knowledge base and document solutions.
  • Install, configure, and deploy MS Office 365 applications to support user requirements and workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of support experience with MS Office 365 in the Financial Services and Banking industry.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructures including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, TCP/IP and LAN technologies.
  • Ability to analyze business and technical process flows and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to understand business problems and solve them with technical solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, including technical and professional writing, presentation, and verbal skills.
  • Identify key stakeholders, define project objectives, and collaborate across the organization to execute projects.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project status and issues.
  • Experience in project scheduling, maintenance, status reporting, issue resolution & tracking, and budget/resource creation/maintenance.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
