About the Role

As a Pricing, Promotions, and Revenue Management Pharma GTN- Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on pricing strategies and profitability analysis. You will analyze pricing models, assess customer profitability, and offer guidance to help clients optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and maximize customer value. You will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff, and are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. You will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality, coach team members, leverage their strengths, and manage performance to deliver on client expectations. You play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the Firm's success and are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, embracing technology and innovation. You will be part of our Customer Consulting team within our Commercial & Service Excellence network, focusing on the Pharma and Life Sciences sector, providing insights and strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing pricing models and customer profitability to optimize pricing strategies
  • Developing customer-centric solutions to enhance client experience and drive business growth
  • Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of pricing and profitability initiatives
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to assess market trends and pricing strategies
  • Managing project budgeting and execution to achieve profitability goals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support revenue maximization
  • Guiding teams in the development of customer value propositions and market share analysis
  • Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in pricing and promotions
  • Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and team members
  • Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Experience with GTN and ERP systems
  • Evaluating and redesigning GTN processes
  • Defining functional and technical requirements for GTN models
  • Managing the design, build, testing, and deployment of GTN models
  • Excelling in analytical thinking and business transformation
  • Demonstrating proficiency in customer strategy and value maximization
  • Utilizing market share analysis and pricing strategy expertise
  • Managing profitability and revenue maximization effectively
  • Leading promotional pricing and stakeholder engagement initiatives
  • Developing strategic questioning and resource management skills
  • Enhancing service excellence and sales monitoring capabilities
