About the Role

As a Cyber & Tech Risk Marketing Senior Manager, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility within the Internal Firm Services practice. You will utilize market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns to engage clients and capture new business opportunities. You will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to inform marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, confirming alignment with brand consistency and target audience engagement
  • Analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies
  • Utilizing CRM software to manage customer relationships and enhance client interactions
  • Developing content marketing strategies that effectively communicate the firm's value propositions
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
  • Applying analytical thinking to evaluate market trends and consumer behavior, informing strategic decision-making
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and drive business development

Requirements

  • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
  • At least 6 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience
