About the Role
Marc Jacobs International seeks an analytically driven, commercially minded Analyst, Omnichannel Media & Consumer Insights to support the evolution of our full-funnel marketing and consumer journey strategy. This role will support both media performance and CRM/customer analytics, partnering across various teams to optimize customer acquisition, retention, media effectiveness, and overall business performance.
Responsibilities
- Support full-funnel media reporting and analytics across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention channels.
- Analyze paid media performance across digital platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, affiliate, display, and emerging channels.
- Develop reporting frameworks that connect media investment to business outcomes including traffic, conversion, revenue, CAC, ROAS, and customer quality.
- Track and analyze media effectiveness by audience, creative, product category, and campaign.
- Partner with agency teams to monitor pacing, performance trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Build recurring dashboards and executive summaries for leadership teams.
- Support CRM analytics and customer segmentation initiatives in partnership with the CRM lead.
- Analyze customer lifecycle behavior including acquisition, retention, repeat purchase, churn, and loyalty trends.
- Evaluate customer LTV, purchase frequency, cohort performance, and audience health.
- Help identify opportunities for personalization, retention growth, and customer re-engagement.
- Analyze email performance and promotional effectiveness across campaigns and seasonal activations.
- Support testing frameworks across messaging, targeting, cadence, and consumer journey optimization.
- Connect marketing and consumer data to broader business performance and sales outcomes.
- Identify actionable insights across customer behavior, merchandising trends, traffic patterns, and conversion dynamics.
- Support forecasting, scenario modeling, and growth opportunity analysis.
- Monitor competitive landscape, industry benchmarks, and evolving consumer trends.
- Help build a more connected view of the omnichannel customer journey across retail, e-commerce, media, and CRM touchpoints.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, CRM analytics, business intelligence, or consumer insights.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations.
- Experience working with media analytics, attribution, customer data, and reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, retention, AOV, and customer cohorts.
- Advanced Excel and strong proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience with GA4 and digital media platforms preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Naturally curious about consumer behavior, culture, retail, and luxury/fashion trends.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to both analytical and non-analytical partners.
