About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Responsibilities
- Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents.
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed resident needs.
- Work with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
- Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents.
- Support a respectful and positive work environment.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
