About the Role

This is a talent pool advertisement for future CRM Campaign Manager / Marketing Manager positions. Successful candidates will be employed by DEPT® but embedded within a Client’s team, bridging marketing strategy, campaign delivery, and AI innovation. The role focuses on customer presentation across owned channels, managing campaign plans, optimizing engagement, and leveraging AI for personalization.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business propositions and consumer insights into end-to-end multi-channel campaign plans across owned channels.
  • Manage, build, and deploy CRM campaigns from briefing to post-campaign analysis.
  • Apply AI tools and prompt workflows to accelerate content generation, creative ideation, personalization, and campaign testing.
  • Lead creative asset development across channels, ensuring brand consistency and rapid iteration for A/B testing.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to clarify questions and manage deadlines.
  • Optimize campaign personalization, audience targeting, and segmentation to maximize engagement and performance.
  • Design, test, and analyze A/B testing frameworks and channel metrics to deliver actionable insights.
  • Troubleshoot technical campaign setups to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Maintain understanding of Client brand, strategies, and customer segments to act as a trusted adviser.
  • Ensure responsible AI usage across workflows, prioritizing data privacy and process optimization.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing communications, including email, push notifications, onsite banners, and in-app channels.
  • Strong interest or hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt workflows.
  • Understanding of B2C marketing execution, dynamic content, customer segmentation, and campaign tracking logic.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience conducting campaign QA, performance optimization, or post-campaign analysis.
  • Highly motivated to learn, grow, and continuously improve processes through innovative tactics.
  • Personable, approachable demeanor and strong collaborator across global, matrixed teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage and present to stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email template rendering and troubleshooting is a plus.
