About the Role

As Senior Product Manager for Models, you'll drive improvements across the core experiment workflow for W&B Models, a platform used by leading AI teams. Your focus will be on enhancing how researchers design experiments, visualize training, monitor jobs, and analyze results, especially in the context of evolving autoresearch and agentic workflows. You will aim to make the hypothesis → run → analysis → next run loop faster and more insightful for both frontier researchers and enterprise teams.

Responsibilities

  • Advance the researcher's daily workflow by driving the roadmap for organizing, comparing, and understanding runs.
  • Rethink how training is visualized and monitored, shaping how W&B surfaces key metrics mid-run to catch problems early.
  • Make evaluations a first-class part of experiment tracking by driving the roadmap for logging, comparing, and analyzing eval results.
  • Make analysis at scale a first-class experience by defining how researchers slice, aggregate, and reason across large experiment histories.
  • Ground product decisions in how researchers actually work through direct user engagement.
  • Own execution from problem definition through launch and iteration, ensuring quality and speed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience on technical products for developer or researcher audiences.
  • Proven track record of shipping products users love.
  • Strong instincts for data visualization and product design.
  • Technical fluency, including ability to read training scripts and discuss architecture.
  • Clarity and precision in communication to keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to access export controlled information.
