About the Role
As a Loan Processor I, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Lending Department by ensuring loan documentation is complete and accurate, maintaining electronic records, assisting members, and helping keep lending processes moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Scan and file electronic documents according to established procedures.
- Utilize checklists to verify the completeness and accuracy of loan documents.
- Review departmental reports and take appropriate actions as needed.
- Assist members with loan-related questions, including lien releases, title inquiries, loan payoffs, and loan activity.
- Respond to member inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Perform daily administrative and operational tasks that support the Lending Department.
- Maintain electronic records and files in an organized and secure manner.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Consumer Lending Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Previous clerical experience working with Excel, Word, and navigating systems.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality.
- Attention to detail.
