About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Data Steward to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data used to process and fulfill orders. You will validate customer information, conduct research and data analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain high-quality data standards.

Responsibilities

  • Compile, research, interpret, and analyze data for business needs.
  • Cross-check other systems to validate data.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure data accuracy.
  • Work independently and engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, while also working in a team environment with flexibility, adaptability, and dependability.
  • Provide information to management for higher-level reporting.
  • Complete other assignments as required.

Requirements

  • At least entry-level Microsoft and computer knowledge (including Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work requirements.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity, poise, maturity, and precision, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Some exposure to master data and SAP systems.

  • Ability to support continuous improvement, always looking for ideas to standardize the data environment and minimize complexity.
  • Ability to analyze root cause of a problem with an unbiased approach.
