About the Role
The L&D Coordinator manages the logistics, LMS learner data, and vendor coordination for ARCO Murray's learning programs. This role supports program design and delivery through daily administration and communication, working closely with L&D Program Managers and the Learning Technology Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage training content library, calendars, and associate learning record data.
- Serve as the first point of contact for learning event logistical questions or learning management system troubleshooting.
- Manage internal event calendars, inboxes, associate learning sites, and program tools & platforms.
- Coordinate concurrent learning events, including vendor and internal partner collaboration, communication plan implementation, roster logistics management, and day-of problem-solving.
- Source and manage vendors for catering, audio-visual equipment, decorations, and other event services.
- Arrange all logistical elements, including audiovisual setup, seating, transportation, and signage, to ensure a smooth participant experience.
- Maintain various logs for L&D team events and initiatives, including event plans and team dashboards.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook calendar management tools.
- Proficiency in simple data table creation in MS Excel.
- Experience with sourcing, vetting, and managing vendors for events.
- Experience with event management or project management.
- Proactive with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong sense of urgency to drive results.
- Ability to balance competing priorities with consistent communication.
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
