Responsibilities
- Development and integration of solutions based on Large Language Models (e.g., RAG systems, chatbots, text generation).
- Conception and implementation of autonomous AI agents for process automation in portfolio companies.
- Development of algorithmic solutions for specific business requirements.
- Building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructures.
- Conducting exploratory analyses, supporting investment teams, and coaching portfolio companies.
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of Python and common AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, LangChain, Hugging Face).
- Practical experience in the development and application of Machine Learning models and LLMs.
- Experience with databases, cloud environments (Azure, AWS), and data pipelines.
- Completed Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills (C1-C2 level).
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and enthusiasm for AI.
