About the Role

As an Integration Specialist / Senior IT Consultant, you will develop integration solutions, design interfaces, and contribute to the advancement of our AI and integration portfolio by leveraging AI possibilities and understanding complex technical contexts.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, develop, and implement modern integration solutions based on iPaaS platforms like MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, SnapLogic, Workato, Camel, or comparable technologies.
• Develop APIs and data flows between different systems and applications, creating associated specifications (e.g., with OpenAPI or RAML).
• Analyze existing integration architectures and evolve them collaboratively with clients.
• Advise on integration architectures, API management, and best practices.
• Contribute ideas and experience to the expansion of our AI portfolio for automation, data enrichment, or intelligent process control.
• Collaborate closely with clients, business units, developers, and partners.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in integration, e.g., as an Integration Specialist, IT Consultant, or in a comparable role.
• Interest in AI technologies and ideally initial practical experience in their application.
• Experience with an iPaaS platform such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, SnapLogic, or Workato is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Java and/or a comparable programming language.
• Experience with data formats like XML, JSON, CSV, or EDIFACT.
• Knowledge of API management and API specifications like OpenAPI or RAML.
• Understanding of integration patterns, messaging, event-driven architecture, and microservices.
• Analytical, structured, and independent work style with enjoyment in teamwork and client collaboration.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and a mindset for business processes and solutions.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
