About the Role

The Talent Development Coordinator supports the performance management of junior traders, tracking development, milestones, and outcomes. This role is embedded in the commercial engine of the firm, providing insight into talent identification, development, and scaling within a global energy and commodities trading firm.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational detail behind the performance function, including scorecards, drill logs, desk feedback, assessment records, and rotation schedules.
  • Act as a responsive point of contact for traders and desk heads, delivering data, materials, and ad hoc requests.
  • Contribute to development and improvement projects within the training and performance ecosystem.
  • Coordinate recruitment pipelines and interview logistics.
  • Gain broad exposure to the trading floor, commodity markets, and the commercial dynamics of an energy trading business.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
