About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie - Hot Section to be part of the team from day one, running the Hot Section during prep and service, preparing dishes from scratch, and ensuring a clean and organized section.
Responsibilities
- Run the Hot Section during prep and service
- Prepare dishes from scratch, following our recipes and standards
- Keep your section organised, clean and service-ready
- Support and train new team members
- Work closely with Kitchen Management to ensure smooth service
- Lead by example with energy, precision and a problem-solving mindset
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Support your team during busy services
Requirements
- Big smile and real passion for Italian food
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section
- Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills
- Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
