About the Role
As part of the Big Mamma Floor team, your mission will be to run food and drinks, serve wine, desserts and pasta, open and close the floor, polish cutlery, fold napkins, maintain cleanliness, organisation and health & safety standards, support colleagues, and create memorable moments for guests with a warm, friendly and professional approach.
Responsibilities
- Run food and drinks, and serve wine, desserts and pasta directly to our guests
- Open and close the floor, polish cutlery and fold napkins
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and health & safety standards across the floor
- Support your colleagues during service with a positive and proactive attitude
- Create memorable moments for guests with a warm, friendly and professional approach
Requirements
- Passion for Italian food and excellent customer service
- High energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
- Previous experience in hospitality
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
