About the Role

Big Mamma Group is seeking a passionate Kitchen Porter to join their new EDMONDO restaurant in London, starting from day one. The role involves maintaining kitchen hygiene, supporting the kitchen and floor teams, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
• Support the kitchen and floor teams during service
• Bring positive energy and a problem solving mindset to every shift
• Help create the best moment of our guests’ day

Requirements

• Big smile and passion for Italian food
• Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is a bonus
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
