• Coordinating and overseeing the in-house Security Guards Team.

• Recognizing potentially dangerous situations and responding effectively.
• Establishing and maintaining working relationships with Healthy Housing operational staff.
• Utilizing the Safety and Security Incident Reporting System to submit detailed reports.
