About the Role
As part of the Big Mamma Kitchen team, your mission will be to prepare hot section dishes following authentic recipes and kitchen standards, support senior chefs, maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety, work efficiently during busy services with a positive mindset, and help create the best moment of our guests’ day through every plate.
Responsibilities

- Support the Chef de Partie and senior chefs during prep and service
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety
- Work efficiently during busy services with a positive, proactive mindset
- Help create the best moment of our guests’ day through every plate
Requirements
- A big smile and real passion for Italian food
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a busy hot section
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Great energy and proactive attitude during service
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- High-volume kitchen experience is a plus
