About the Role
Moss is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and hire top talent across Europe. You will manage the full candidate journey, partner with leadership on hiring needs, and contribute to process improvements and AI tooling.
Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and engage talent using various sourcing techniques.
- Manage the entire candidate journey from initial contact to offer management.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Own full-cycle hiring for assigned verticals end-to-end.
- Collaborate directly with leadership and hiring managers on hiring needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of supported businesses to improve hiring decisions.
- Identify and implement improvements to reduce friction in the interview process and candidate journey.
- Share sourcing techniques and hiring intelligence with the wider TA team.
- Leverage existing AI workflows and assist in building new ones (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n).
Requirements
- Track record of sourcing and closing high-calibre and hard-to-reach candidates.
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, ideally hiring across multiple functions/locales.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in daily recruiting workflow.
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum).
- Other languages, especially German, are a plus.
- Ability to ask sharp, insightful questions to understand stakeholders and candidates.
- Ability to weigh information and make sound judgment calls in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to manage expectations and build relationships based on a desire to help and support.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to information presentation to guide, advise, and influence.
