Responsibilities

Provide professional and organizational leadership to a warehouse team in daily operations.
Ensure efficient processes in receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
Manage, distribute, and track work orders, supporting material and goods flow.
Monitor adherence to work instructions, quality standards, and occupational safety regulations.
Perform system postings, stock checks, and participate in inventory counts and discrepancy resolution.
Onboard, provide technical guidance, and support team members.
Actively contribute to the orderliness, cleanliness, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Requirements

Completed vocational training of at least three years in warehousing, logistics, freight forwarding, or a comparable field.
Several years of practical professional experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Sound knowledge of typical warehouse processes and goods movements.
Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems or ERP systems and common office applications.
Driver's license class 3 or class B.
Valid forklift operator's license.
Fluent German language skills.
