Responsibilities
- Review manufacturing orders, product records, and certificates according to specifications.
- Perform quality control of artificial joints, including incoming goods inspection, visual inspection of product surfaces, and product packaging checks.
- Conduct and coordinate environmental monitoring, including air germ and particle measurements, water sampling, and swab tests to monitor the work environment.
- Record, compare, and evaluate test results, and transfer values into the system (e.g., SAP).
- Document deviations.
- Manage inventory and create test plans.
Requirements
- Completed at least a three-year specialized vocational training (e.g., laboratory environment, metallography, BTA, PTA, or similar).
- Experience in quality assurance, production manufacturing monitoring, quality control, or laboratory/production operations is advantageous.
- Very good German language skills (C1).
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift system).
