About the Role

Responsibilities

Review manufacturing orders, product records, and certificates according to specifications.
Perform quality control of artificial joints, including incoming goods inspection, visual inspection of product surfaces, and product packaging checks.
Conduct and coordinate environmental monitoring, including air germ and particle measurements, water sampling, and swab tests to monitor the work environment.
Record, compare, and evaluate test results, and transfer values into the system (e.g., SAP).
Document deviations.
Manage inventory and create test plans.

Requirements

Completed at least a three-year specialized vocational training (e.g., laboratory environment, metallography, BTA, PTA, or similar).
Experience in quality assurance, production manufacturing monitoring, quality control, or laboratory/production operations is advantageous.
Very good German language skills (C1).
Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift system).
