About the Role
The Technology Services (TS) Finance team is seeking a highly motivated FP&A professional to support the FP&A of several key VP stakeholders within the TS Business Unit. You will manage the full P&L and become a valued business partner for your stakeholders, working collaboratively to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support the overall Capital and Opex portfolio of the Technology Services team
- Prepare presentation decks with financial analysis for Executives
- Assist in financial deep dives and ad-hoc projects to provide enhanced, value-added financial analysis and insights
- Execute month-end and quarter-end deliverables including tracking of financial and metrics performance, scorecards
- Support the financial planning process for budget, in-year forecasts, and long-range planning for elements of the Technology Services BU
- Manage relationships with other internal finance teams, business partners, and subsidiaries
- Identify opportunities to streamline planning processes to improve both speed and accuracy
Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, prioritize, and balance multiple deliverables
- Ability to partner with cross-functional groups and various management levels
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and tasks through to resolution
- Relentless attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-starter with a high degree of curiosity
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
