About the Role

The Senior Associate serves as a subject matter expert for product data and reporting processes, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of information across platforms. This role collaborates with business partners to gather information, resolve data issues, and deliver timely reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and provide data to support the Institutional Sales Team, Consultant Relations Team and Client Managers with business development efforts.
  • Partner with the RFP Team to complete data sections in RFPs, sometimes requiring quick turn-around times.
  • Retrieve and manage data in a client-friendly and legally compliant format to service ad-hoc data and reporting requests.
  • Keep data owners and sales teams updated on progress, status, and issues related to ad-hoc data projects.
  • Provide product advice and information to all areas of the company.
  • Manage multiple, large-scale cross-departmental projects.
  • Support consultant database management and improve current processes through automation for performance reporting, marketing materials, ad hoc data requests, competitive analysis, and product-related research.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in product data, business development, client management, or operations within the asset or wealth management, consulting, or investment banking industry.
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong execution and follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and build partnerships across functions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
