About the Role
Our Internship Programs are designed to accelerate the careers of future leaders by providing current students with exposure to various roles and challenges within our Brewery and Manufacturing Operations. We emphasize hands-on learning and value curious, ambitious individuals open to opportunities across our company.
Responsibilities
- Bring your authentic self to work every day, lead with humility and drive top performance in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.
- Be assigned projects resulting in process improvement and report on deliverables to senior leaders.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing techniques to accomplish project tasks.
- Understand the full scope of projects through potential shift work.
- Train and gain a full understanding of the project's focus process.
- Build relationships with operators and technicians for project support.
- Participate in development opportunities to enhance skillsets and build long-term leadership potential.
- Present final projects and results to the Supply leadership team upon successful completion.
Requirements
- Current university student with a GPA of 3.0 or greater.
- A background in Engineering or Science is preferred, but all majors are accepted.
- Geographical and functional mobility – open to experiencing different functions and locations across the U.S.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business need.
- Ability to walk up and down elevated catwalks and stairs, stand for long periods, and work in all environmental conditions including extreme temperatures.
- Ability to leverage data and insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in previous work experience and/or extracurricular activities.
- Self-motivated to drive results and deliver above and beyond expectations.
- Ability to collaborate, be an active listener, seek diverse opinions, and foster an inclusive environment.
- Embrace ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and teams agilely.
- Question the status quo, seek process improvements, embrace change, and take calculated risks.
