About the Role
This 10-week internship program is designed to fast-track the careers of future leaders and change makers within the supply chain. Interns will gain an in-depth view of supply chain management from raw materials to distribution, and will own a project with real business results. This internship serves as the first step towards a full-time Supply Chain Trainee Program after graduation, preparing individuals for front-line management roles.
Responsibilities
- Experience in a Sales & Distribution Center or Brewery Warehouse
- Project work with real business impact, solving problems or implementing improvements in the supply chain organization
- Deep dive into support functions and gain exposure to senior leaders
- Participate in development opportunities for skill enhancement and long-term career potential through leadership and functional trainings
- Present project results to the North American Logistics Leadership Team upon successful completion
Requirements
- Current university student with a GPA of 3.0 or greater
- All majors are accepted, though a background in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business may be beneficial
- Geographical and functional mobility, with openness to experiencing different functions and locations across the U.S. during the internship
- Ability to leverage data and insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems
- Demonstrated leadership capability in previous work experience and/or extracurricular activities
- Self-motivated to drive results and exceed expectations
- Comfortable working in teams, actively listening, seeking diverse opinions, and collaborating effectively
- Ability to embrace ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining agile in the face of setbacks and change
- Operates with an open mind, is insightful and innovative, questions the status quo, and seeks opportunities for process improvement
- Willingness to take calculated risks and not be afraid of change
- Individuals requiring visa sponsorship will be removed from the selection process
